Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Northvault Labs website (this site) and our Chrome extensions ("we", "us"). Each extension also has its own detailed policy that explains exactly which data it handles:
Summary
- Our extensions process your business data only inside your browser. We don't operate servers that receive that data.
- We don't sell, rent or share personal information, and we don't use analytics, advertising or tracking.
- Payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Information we receive
When you subscribe
When you start a paid plan, ExtensionPay and Stripe collect your email address and payment details on their own pages. We can see your email address, subscription status and payment history in our ExtensionPay and Stripe dashboards. We use them only to provide your subscription, handle billing and refunds, prevent fraud and give support.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of support requests.
This website
This website is a static site. It doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Like any web server, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and operations.
Data the extensions handle
The extensions connect only to the service you choose to export from (Xero, HubSpot, Intercom or Zendesk) using its official API, plus ExtensionPay to check your subscription status. Sign-in tokens, keys and settings are stored in your browser's extension storage on your device. Exported files are saved to your computer through your browser's normal download process, and we never receive a copy. Retention
We keep billing records for as long as needed to meet tax and accounting obligations. We keep support emails for as long as needed to help you, then delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it's handled, by emailing northvaultlabs@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA or the GDPR. You can also uninstall an extension at any time, which removes the data it stored in your browser.
Children
Our products are business tools and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For material changes, we'll also note them in our Chrome Web Store listings.
